Azure AD user creation conflict


    Azure AD queries a user and LastPass indicates that the user does not exist for the target company account. Azure AD then tries to create the user but LastPass returns a the following error:

    {Error: This user exists and has been invited to join this enterprise.}

    Cause: Cause

    The LastPass user has already been invited to join the company LastPass account but has not yet activated their account via the Welcome email invitation.

    Remedy: Solution

    LastPass admins can resend the Welcome email (instructions here) to the user and request that they activate their LastPass account.
