Export Wi-Fi passwords using the LastPass browser extension

    You can export your Wi-Fi passwords using the LastPass browser extension on a supported web browser.

    Important: LastPass must detect a Wi-Fi adapter in order to export Wi-Fi passwords.
    Attention: Currently, there are two different extension menu experiences, so instructions may differ depending on your navigational experience. The "new experience" applies to version 4.104.0 and newer for the LastPass browser extension, whereas the "previous experience" refers to version 4.103.0 and earlier.
    Restriction: If you have a LastPass Teams or LastPass Business account, the ability to perform these actions may be limited or prohibited due to policies enabled by your LastPass admin.
    About this task: To export using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Opera, do the following:
    1. In your web browser toolbar, click the inactive (grey or black) LastPass icon inactive LastPass icon.
    2. Enter your email address and master password, then click Log In.
    3. If prompted, complete steps for multifactor authentication (if it is enabled on your account).
    4. Click the LastPass icon active LastPass icon in your browser toolbar.
    5. Take the action that matches your navigational experience:
      • New experience – Select the Account tab, then go to Fix a problem yourself > Export vault items > Export data for use anywhere.

      • Previous experience – Select Account Options OR < your username > at the bottom of the menu, then go to Advanced > Export > → Wi-Fi Passwords.
    6. If prompted, enter your master password and click Continue.

      Result: A CSV file containing your data is downloaded.

    Results: Your Wi-Fi passwords have now been exported from your LastPass vault to your computer.
