F5 BIG-IP APM VPN configuration for LastPass Universal Proxy

LastPass offers MFA integration with your F5 BIG-IP Access Policy Manager (APM) VPN using LastPass Universal Proxy.
Note:
The described configurations are based on the following software and hardware versions:
- F5 BIG-IP Version 15.1.0.4 (Build 0.0.6)
As a prerequisite you must complete the steps for
- downloading and
- installing LastPass Universal Proxy,
- then configuring it using the command line interface (CLI) or the server.properties configuration file.
Once you have installed and configured the LastPass Universal Proxy, you can configure your F5 BIG-IP APM VPN for authentication using the following protocols:
