Having trouble downloading attachments?

    Make sure you are logged in using the LastPass browser extension, desktop app, or mobile app. Attachments cannot be opened from the online vault in a web browser (i.e., logging in to https://www.lastpass.com).
    About this task: Make sure that the LastPass browser extension has the binary component installed. You can check if it is installed by doing the following:
    1. Click the LastPass icon active LastPass icon in your browser toolbar.
    2. In the new extension menu experience, select the Account tab. Otherwise, in the previous experience, select Account Options OR < your username > at the bottom of the menu.
    3. Select About LastPass.
    4. In the Binary Component section, one of the following will be listed:
      • True = installed
      • False = not installed but if desired, click Enable Native Messaging to install it. You can also install it by using the LastPass Universal Installer.
