How am I notified on scheduled PSA billing updates?

    Once a billing update is performed automatically the pre-defined email addresses receive emails of the results.

    This result can reflect that the update is complete, or that the update for some companies did not happen.

    The email contains the result and date of the update process and a link pointing to billing history page.

    Billing update history

    Check the billing update results of the last 60 days by selecting Managed Companies in the Admin Console, then selecting <PSA name> billing history from the drop-down menu.

    The billing update history page shows both automatic and manual results.

    To check the attempts of the specific update cycle, select Details.
