Manage advanced enterprise options in the new Admin Console

LastPass Business admins can add and configure equivalent domains, URL Rules, global never/only URLs and more to customize your settings to achieve the most secure and optimally performing solution for your organization.

    Note:

These features are only available to LastPass Business admins.

    URL Rules

Specify how you want LastPass to handle specific URLs that your users visit if they are using more than one set of credentials for a website. There are three types of URL matching behaviors you can control – path, host, and port – and you can choose to add more than one of these rules to be used to display fewer login entries for your users.

    Global never/only URLs

LastPass Business admins can add Global Never and Global Only URLs in the Admin Console to control when you do or do not want LastPass to prompt your users for action.

    Splunk integration

All available events that take place in the LastPass Business Admin Console (e.g., login activity, master password changes, form fill attempts, etc.) can be passed to a Splunk instance (either Splunk Cloud or Splunk Enterprise), where you can then create custom reports using that data. This allows you to use the advanced functionality of Splunk to access and report on your LastPass Business activity. To take advantage of this integration, you need a running Splunk Cloud or Splunk Enterprise instance with a configured Data Input as HTTP Event Collector.

Learn how to set up and manage your Splunk integration.

    Multifactor options

LastPass Business admins can restrict the multifactor authentication options available for use by users within their organization.
