How do I disable updating user counts for a managed company?

    To disable updating the user counts, remove the mapped contract or agreement from the managed company. Companies that do not have a contract or agreement mapped do not update the user counts.

    About this task:

    There is a dedicated "Remove Contract Mapping" button presented when you edit contracts. Once pressed the contract is removed and the user counts of this company are not updated.

    1. Log in to the primary account's LastPass Admin Console by doing either of the following:
      • Select the active LastPass icon active LastPass icon > Admin Console.
      • Navigate to the Admin Console at https://lastpass.com/company/#!/dashboard and log in with your LastPass admin (MSP technician) email address and master password.
    2. Click Managed Companies > Import from <PSA name>.
    3. Select a company, then click Continue.
    4. Click Manage next to an account.
    5. Click Remove Contract Mapping.
