Install and log in to the LastPass for Windows Desktop application
Install and log in to the LastPass for Windows Desktop application to access the contents of your LastPass vault from your desktop.
Note: If your LastPass admin has set up your LastPass Business account so that you use your Active Directory credentials to log in to LastPass (i.e., federated login using AD FS, Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace, PingOne, PingFederate, or OneLogin), please see Set Up Federated Login for LastPass Business Users for detailed login instructions.
Results: Once logged in, an active LastPass icon
appears in your system tray indicating a successful login. If you close the LastPass for Windows Desktop application, it will continue to run in the background and fill login information for websites.

Important: The LastPass for Windows Desktop application must remain open to fill login information for other desktop applications.
