How do I manually sync my LastPass account data?

    If you recently added or updated data stored in your account but do not yet see the changes in your LastPass vault, you can manually force a sync using the LastPass web browser extension.

    1. In your web browser toolbar, click the inactive (grey or black) LastPass icon inactive LastPass icon.
    2. Enter your email address and master password, then click Log In.
    3. If prompted, complete steps for multifactor authentication (if it is enabled on your account).
    4. Click the LastPass icon active LastPass icon in your browser toolbar.
    5. Select Account Options OR < your username > at the bottom of the menu.
    6. Select Advanced > Refresh Sites to force a sync of your vault data.

      Troubleshooting:

      If your vault syncing issues are not resolved, you can clear your local cache for your active session by doing one of the following:
      1. Click the active LastPass icon in your toolbar.
      2. Go to Account Options > Advanced > Clear Local Cache.
      3. Log out of LastPass, then log back in to access your vault and confirm that your data has synced.
