Remove MFA Apps for LastPass users

LastPass admins can remove individual MFA Apps from within the new Admin Console.

Log in with your email address and master password to access the new Admin Console at https://admin.lastpass.com.
If prompted, complete steps for multifactor authentication (if it is enabled for your account).
Go to Applications > MFA Apps.
Select your desired MFA App (workstation, Azure AD, AD FS, etc.).
Click the More Options icon then select Remove app.

Results: You have successfully removed your selected MFA App.
