How do I retrieve crash logs from my iOS device for LastPass?

    If you are using the LastPass app for iOS, you can send crash logs to LastPass Support to help identify the root cause of the issue you are reporting.

    1. Open the LastPass app on your iOS device.
    2. Enter your email address and master password, then tap Log In.
    3. Go to Settings > Help and Support.
    4. Enable the Enable Diagnostic Logging setting.
    5. Tap View Diagnostic Log.
    6. Tap Download and save to your device or send to yourself via email.
    7. If additional assistance is needed, please contact LastPass Support (by clicking Contact Support at the bottom of this article).
    8. Please include the following information in your case:
      • App version (located in Settings > About LastPass)
      • Device information
      • iOS version
      • Contents of the log
    You have retrieved your iOS crash logs.
