How do I return licenses from a managed company back to my primary account?

    If a managed company has available licenses that are not being used, you can return them back to the primary account.

      Access the managed company.

      1. Log in to the primary account's LastPass Admin Console by doing either of the following:
        • Select the active LastPass icon active LastPass icon > Admin Console.
        • Navigate to the new Admin Console at https://admin.lastpass.com/ and log in with your LastPass admin (MSP technician) email address and master password.
      2. On the Home tab, select Managed companies in the left navigation.
      3. Select the name of the company whose licenses you want to remove.

        Result: The company account detail displays.

      Return licenses back to the primary account.

      1. Go to the More Options icon > Return licenses.
      2. Enter the number of licenses you want to return.
      3. Click Save changes.
    Results: You have returned licenses from your selected managed company account back to your primary account.
