How do I run reports for my managed companies in LastPass Business?
The LastPass admin of the primary account (MSP technician) that oversees managed companies can export reports that list details about the companies they manage and/or a complete user list for all companies managed.
Note: Reports are generated in CSV format.
- Log in to the primary account's LastPass Admin Console by doing either of the following:
- Select the active .
- Navigate to the new Admin Console at https://admin.lastpass.com/ and log in with your LastPass admin (MSP technician) email address and master password.
- On the Home tab, select Managed companies in the left navigation.
- In the right navigation, select the More Options icon
, then choose from the following options:
- Export managed companies, which will generate a report that includes the following details:
- Company ID
- Managed company name
- Date the Managed Company was created
- Status of Managed Company (i.e., active or suspended)
- Consumed licenses
- Available licenses

- Security score
- Security score date
- Export Users List, which will generate a report that includes the following details:
Note: This feature is currently only available in the legacy Admin Console.
- Company ID
- Managed Company name
- User(s) active per managed company
- Date the managed company was created
- Export managed companies, which will generate a report that includes the following details:
Results: You have generated a report for your managed companies.
