Set PSA billing updates to run automatically on a recurring schedule.
About this task:
The auto-schedule performs the billing update and sends an email with the results to a pre-defined email address. To learn more about the emailed results, see How am I notified on scheduled PSA billing updates?

- Log in to the primary account's LastPass Admin Console by doing either of the following:
- Select .
- In the "Set Up Billing Options" section, select Enable recurring billing update and select a recurring mode (Monthly, Weekly, or Daily).

Monthly update

Schedule automatic billing to occur once a month. Set the day of the month and the time for the update to happen.
Note: The time is limited to full hours in your account's current time zone.

Weekly update

Schedule automatic billing to occur once a week. Set the day of the week and time for the update.
Note: The time is limited to full hours in your account's current time zone.

Daily update

When setting up daily updates only the time of day can be set.
Note: The time is limited to full hours in your account's current time zone.

- Select a date and time.
- Under Notification email addresses, enter the email address you want to send notifications to when a recurring billing update is completed.
Note: If you want notifications to be sent to multiple emails, add them as a comma separated list.
- Select Save.
Results: After the recurring billing settings are saved the update will run automatically.
