Set up the Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device

    First, set up the Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device by scanning a QR code.

    1. Install the Microsoft Authenticator app for iOS or Android.
    2. On your mobile device, open the Microsoft Authenticator app.
    3. Tap the Add icon or Add an Account option.
    4. Select your desired account type. If prompted, select Scan QR code.
    Results: Your device camera is now ready to scan a barcode in LastPass to set up the Microsoft Authenticator for your LastPass account.
