Set up Welcome email templates for existing users in LastPass
As a LastPass Business admin, you can set up standard or customized email templates to send to existing users to migrate their existing account (that uses your company's domain) to your LastPass company account.
Use a standard Welcome email template for existing users
- Log in with your email address and master password to the Admin Console at https://lastpass.com/company/#!/dashboard.
- Go to .
- Check the box to enable the Notify existing users by email setting.
- Click Edit preferences next to the setting.
- Select the Send standard email option.
- Click Save.
Use a custom Welcome email template for existing users
- Log in with your email address and master password to the Admin Console at https://lastpass.com/company/#!/dashboard.
- Go to .
- Check the box to enable the Notify existing users by email setting.
- Click Edit preferences next to the setting.
- Select the Send custom email option.
- Make your desired changes to the email template.
- Click Save.
