Unlink your LastPass Families as a Benefit account

    You can unlink your personal LastPass Families account (or other personal account) from your company's LastPass Business account at any time.

    Before you begin: You must activate your LastPass Families account before proceeding.
    1. Log in to LastPass and access your vault by doing either of the following:
      • While logged in to your LastPass Business account, click the LastPass icon active LastPass icon in your web browser toolbar, then select Open My Vault.
      • Go to and log in with your LastPass Business email address and master password.
    2. Select Account Benefits in the left navigation.
    3. In the Account linking section, click Unlink Account.
    4. Enter the master password for your LastPass Business account, then click Continue.
    5. Click Yes to confirm.
    Results: Your LastPass Families account (or other personal account) is now unlinked from your LastPass Business account, and your "Account linking" status is set to Not linked on the Account Benefits page.
