How do I update user counts for managed companies in my PSA?

    If you followed the best practices for setting up your PSA for the billing seat count update, then you can easily update your billing information for your PSA on the Managed Companies page.

    1. Log in to the primary account's LastPass Admin Console by doing either of the following:
      • Select the active LastPass icon active LastPass icon > Admin Console.
      • Navigate to the Admin Console at https://lastpass.com/company/#!/dashboard and log in with your LastPass admin (MSP technician) email address and master password.
    2. Select Managed Companies in the left navigation.
    3. Click the More Options icon > Update billing info in <PSA name>.
    4. A confirmation dialog box displays explaining the action impacts your billing data and is irreversible, click I Understand.

    Results: Details display the changes of seat counts and any errors that occurred.
