How do I upgrade my LastPass Business account with an add-on?

Upgrade your LastPass Business account by adding the Advanced SSO or Advanced MFA add-ons individually, or purchase both add-ons as a bundle for additional SSO applications and enhanced multifactor authentication protection.

About this task:

If you have already purchased LastPass Business and want to purchase a single add-on for your account (i.e., Advanced SSO or Advanced MFA), the purchase of the add-on will be prorated and your billing period will remain the same for your LastPass Business (base) subscription.

Note: If you choose to purchase both add-ons for your account as a bundle, then your billing period will change to the date when you purchase the bundle. The value of the time remaining on your current subscription will be applied as credit towards the purchase of the Advanced SSO & Advanced MFA bundle.

Log in with your email address and master password to access the new Admin Console at https://admin.lastpass.com.
If prompted, complete steps for multifactor authentication (if it is enabled for your account).

Purchase an add-on:

Add Advanced SSO	Go to Applications > SSO Apps. Click Get SSO add-on > Purchase SSO add-on. Add more licenses. Select Advanced SSO. Note: If you have the Advanced MFA add-on, then the only option available will be the Advanced SSO & Advanced MFA bundle. Click Continue to checkout.
Add Advanced MFA	Go to Policies > Multifactor. Enable multifactor authentication for your account. Under the Protect workstations or Protect legacy apps & VPN sections, click Get Started > Purchase MFA add-on. Add more licenses. Select Advanced MFA. Note: If you have the Advanced SSO add-on, then the only option available will be the Advanced SSO & Advanced MFA bundle. Click Continue to checkout.

Add Advanced MFA

Go to Policies > Multifactor.
Enable multifactor authentication for your account.

Add more licenses.
Select Advanced MFA.
Note: If you have the Advanced SSO add-on, then the only option available will be the Advanced SSO & Advanced MFA bundle.
Click Continue to checkout.

Tip: If you want to purchase the Advanced SSO & Advanced MFA bundle, use the instructions above to purchase an add-on and the bundle option will be available for purchase.

Review the Purchase Details, then enter your credit/debit card number, expiration date, and security code.
Click Purchase.

Results: You have successfully purchased an add-on for your LastPass Business account, and you can begin using the new features of your add-on package right away.
