How do I set up Touch ID for account recovery in the LastPass app for iOS?

    When using the LastPass app for iOS, you can set up Touch ID as a means of account recovery in case your master password is ever forgotten.

    Before you begin: Please be sure you have done the following before proceeding:
    1. Set up Touch ID for your iOS device
    2. Download the LastPass app for iOS

    To set up Touch ID for account recovery in LastPass, do the following:
    1. Open the LastPass app on your iOS device.
    2. Enter your email address and master password.
    3. Tap Log In.
    4. Choose from the following options:
      Login status Instructions
      You're logging in for the first time
      1. When prompted, enable the Use Touch ID setting.
      2. Select OK to allow Touch ID for LastPass.
      3. Touch the Home button lightly (don't press) to scan your fingerprint.
      4. Enable the Use Touch ID for account recovery setting.
      5. Touch the Home button lightly (don't press) to scan your fingerprint.
      You skipped enabling Touch ID previously, and want to enable it now
      1. Select Settings > Security.
      2. Enable the Use Touch ID setting.
      3. Select OK to allow Touch ID for LastPass.
      4. Touch the Home button lightly (don't press) to scan your fingerprint.
      5. Enable the Account Recovery setting.
      6. Touch the Home button lightly (don't press) to scan your fingerprint.
    You have now enabled Touch ID for account recovery for the LastPass app for iOS.
