Verify your linked personal account for your company's federated login LastPass Business account from your vault.
Restriction: If you have a LastPass Teams or LastPass Business account, the ability to perform these actions may be limited or prohibited due to policies enabled by your LastPass admin.
- On your desktop web browser toolbar, click the inactive LastPass icon
- Enter your AD FS, Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace, PingOne, PingFederate, or OneLogin account email address but do not enter your password.
Result: You are redirected to your company's federated login page.
- Enter your AD FS, Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace, PingOne, PingFederate, or OneLogin account credentials, then click Sign in.
- Click the active LastPass icon
, then select Open My Vault.
- Click Verify Linked Account in the left navigation.
Note: If you are only seeing Link Account, it means you have not linked a personal account. Learn how here.
- When prompted, enter the Master Password for your personal account.
- Click Verify.
Once verified, your personal vault becomes available to you from this device, and is displayed in your vault as a folder with your username.
What to do next: Log out then log back in to LastPass.
