How do I verify my linked personal account from a desktop?

    Verify your linked personal account for your company's federated login LastPass Business account from your vault.

    Restriction: If you have a LastPass Teams or LastPass Business account, the ability to perform these actions may be limited or prohibited due to policies enabled by your LastPass admin.
    1. On your desktop web browser toolbar, click the inactive LastPass icon inactive LastPass icon
    2. Enter your AD FS, Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace, PingOne, PingFederate, or OneLogin account email address but do not enter your password.

      Result: You are redirected to your company's federated login page.

    3. Enter your AD FS, Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace, PingOne, PingFederate, or OneLogin account credentials, then click Sign in.
    4. Click the active LastPass icon active LastPass icon, then select Open My Vault.
    5. Click Verify Linked Account in the left navigation.
      Troubleshooting:  If you are only seeing Link Account, it means you have not linked a personal account. Learn how here.
    6. When prompted, enter the master password for your personal account.
    7. Click Verify.
    Results: Once verified, your personal vault becomes available to you from this device, and is displayed in your vault as a folder with your username.
    What to do next: Log out then log back in to LastPass.
