How do I verify my linked personal account from a mobile device?

    Verify your linked personal account for your company's federated login LastPass account from an iOS or Android device.

    Restriction: If you have a LastPass Teams or LastPass Business account, the ability to perform these actions may be limited or prohibited due to policies enabled by your LastPass admin.
    1. Open the LastPass app for iOS or Android.
    2. Enter your AD FS, Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace, PingOne, PingFederate, or OneLogin account email address but do not enter your password.
    3. Tap Log In to continue the login process.

      Result: You are redirected to your company's federated login page.

    4. Proceed to log in by doing one of the following:
      • For AD FS or PingFederate federated login users – Enter your DOMAIN\username (e.g., LASTPASS\testuser) and password, then tap Sign in.
      • For Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace, or PingOne federated login users – Tap to select your Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace, or PingOne account, then enter your Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace, or PingOne password and tap Sign in.
    5. Return to the LastPass app on your mobile device.
    6. Choose from the following options:
      Verification options Instructions
      Verify immediately
      1. When prompted to verify your linked personal account, tap OK.
      2. Enter your master password, then tap OK.
      3. If prompted, complete the steps for multifactor authentication.
      Verify later
      1. When prompted to verify your linked personal account, tap Later.
      2. When ready to verify, go to Settings > Your LastPass Account > Verify Linked Personal Account.
      3. Enter your master password, then tap OK.
      4. If prompted, complete the steps for multifactor authentication.

    Results: Once verified, your personal vault becomes available to you from this mobile device, and is displayed in your vault as a folder with your username.
    What to do next: Log out then log back in to the LastPass app on your mobile device.
