Meraki MX VPN configuration for LastPass Universal Proxy

LastPass offers MFA integration with your Meraki MX VPN using LastPass Universal Proxy.
Note:
The described configurations are based on the following software and hardware version:
Meraki MX64 Version: MX 15.44
As a prerequisite you must complete the steps for
- downloading and
- installing LastPass Universal Proxy,
- then configuring it using the command line interface (CLI) or the server.properties configuration file.
Once you have installed and configured the LastPass Universal Proxy, you can configure your Meraki MX VPN for authentication using the following protocols:
