My LastPass Families plan has expired, what options do I have?
If you have a LastPass Families account and your plan has expired, you can choose from renewing your plan, switching to LastPass Premium, or taking no action and using your (now converted) LastPass Free account.
I am the Family Owner
The Family Owner is shown as the "Family Manager" in the user-account drop-down menu in your vault. Family Owners can promote other family members to be Family Managers. Family Managers can invite and remove family members as well as promote other family members to be Family Managers.
- Renew your LastPass Families plan (by selecting Renew Families on the in-product messaging in your vault)
- If you no longer want LastPass Families, you can switch to LastPass Premium.
- Take no action and continue to use your (now converted) LastPass Free account
Note: LastPass Free will only include access on unlimited devices of one type (i.e., using LastPass on computers only or on mobile devices only). Learn more about device types. For unlimited device type access, upgrade to LastPass Premium or Families.
