My LastPass Families plan has expired, what options do I have?

If you have a LastPass Families account and your plan has expired, you can choose from renewing your plan, switching to LastPass Premium, or taking no action and using your (now converted) LastPass Free account.

Important: If you choose to switch to LastPass Premium or keep your converted account as LastPass Free (instead of renewing LastPass Families), please be aware that the shared folders that were created within your LastPass Families account will be converted to standard (non-shared) folders.

    I am the Family Owner

The Family Owner is shown as the "Family Manager" in the user-account drop-down menu in your vault. Family Owners can promote other family members to be Family Managers. Family Managers can invite and remove family members as well as promote other family members to be Family Managers.

Tip: Not sure which role you have in LastPass Families? Learn how to check.
