Unlink your personal account from within your company account

    If at any time you wish to unlink a personal account from your LastPass Business account, you can do so by logging in to your company account.

    Tip: If you are unable to log in to your company account, you can unlink your company account from within your personal account instead.
    Remember:  If your LastPass company account admin resets your master password using the "Permit super admins to reset master passwords" policy, your LastPass personal account will automatically become unlinked.

    Unlink from Account Benefits

    You can unlink your personal account via the Account Benefits menu in the left navigation.

    1. Log in to LastPass and access your vault by doing either of the following:
      • In your web browser toolbar, click the LastPass icon active LastPass icon and select Vault or Open My Vault.
      • Go to https://lastpass.com/?ac=1 and log in with your email address and master password.
    2. Select Account Benefits > Unlink account.

    3. Enter your master password, then select Continue.
    4. Click Yes to confirm.
    Results: Your personal LastPass account is no longer linked to your company LastPass account.

    Unlink from Advanced Options

    You can unlink your personal account via the Advanced Options menu in the left navigation.

    1. Log in to LastPass and access your vault by doing either of the following:
      • In your web browser toolbar, click the LastPass icon active LastPass icon and select Vault or Open My Vault.
      • Go to https://lastpass.com/?ac=1 and log in with your email address and master password.
    2. Select Advanced Options > Remove linked account.
    3. Enter your master password, then select Continue.
    4. Click Yes to confirm.
    Results: Your personal LastPass account is no longer linked to your company LastPass account.
