Why am I only offered the Copy Username and Copy Password options when I try to fill an app on Android?

    Before you begin: This can occur for two reasons:
    1. The app or site has modified its fields to be "not editable" and LastPass can therefore not detect them automatically. Instead, the LastPass fill menu will prompt to "Copy Username" and "Copy Password", which will allow you to easily copy your credentials to the clipboard and paste them into the app (the clipboard is cleared after 30 seconds).
    2. The version of Android running on your mobile device is Android OS 4.2 (Jelly Bean) or earlier. The autofill feature was not supported until Android OS 4.3 (Jelly Bean), and therefore will display the Copy Username and Copy Password options on those earlier versions of Android.
