Why don't I see any master password reset options for LastPass?

    You can manage your master password settings (i.e., change or revert your master password, or set a password reminder) in your Account Settings.

    If you navigate to your Account Settings and find that the master password management options are missing, it means that you have a LastPass Business federated user account, and you log in to LastPass using your company credentials for your Okta, Azure AD, or AD FS account.

    If you are in need of a master password change as a federated user, please contact your LastPass or organization admin.
