I also have this problem. I did this exactly what you advicse everyday for the last 3 days multiple times but it keeps telling me I haven't renewed.. my credit card details are current.
From what I can tell, your account is in good standing, and set to renew in a few days. If your billing information is up to date, then you'll see the charge appear on your credit history only after your current subscription period is up.

If you are already subscribed, then LastPass will attempt to renew automatically when the current period ends.
